We know that buying and selling homes can sometimes be stressful.  We want to be there with your every step of the way, finding solutions to your unique situation. Here are a list of frequently asked questions that may help you. Please give a call if you have additional questions.

What type of homes do you buy?

We buy all types of homes in any condition and size. Repairs or even cleaning the home is not necessary.  We prefer 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes in the Kansas City area. Most times we can make you an offer for your home within 48 hours. We will pay an equitable price, minus any repairs that may be needed, plus a small amount in exchange for our investment.

If I'm behind on mortgage payments, can you help?

Yes. Often times, we can work with you to develop a solution that takes care of the payments as part of the sale of your home to avoid foreclosure and possible damage to your credit.

How do I make an offer on one of your properties?

Simply fill out the information on the contact page and let us know which property you are interested in. We can help you write an offer or we can work with your realtor. We will assist you every step of the way to closing.
