Homes for Rent:

We currently have no available homes for rent. Please check back soon, as we regularly add homes to our inventory.

Schedule a Showing:

First, please review the available listings on line. Then select the properties that may meet your needs and drive by the properties so you can make sure the properties and locations work  for you. After you have viewed the exterior of the properties, contact us so we may set up a showing appointment.

Application Process:

Make sure you qualify for the property which interests you. We generally require an applicant's gross income be three times the monthly rent of the rental unit they are considering. They must have a good rental history with no evictions. All adults over the age of 18 must submit an Application for Residency.

Complete the rental application PDF below or contact us and we will send you a copy of the application. Once you have completed the application and gathered the supporting documentation listed below, send it to us, along with a  $35 application fee. We will run a credit check once your completed application package. We strive to process all completed applications within 48 hours.

Supporting Documents:

Please return with your application the following:

  • Last 2 month's pay stubs, or 1099's or tax returns

  • Copy of valid government issued ID.

  • Last 2 months bank statements.

 

After Application Approval:

Once your application has been approved, you may place a holding deposit equal to one months rent to hold the unit. In the event it is necessary to cancel your commitment to rent, your holding deposit is forfeited. One week prior to the move in date, all rental agreements must be fully executed, and deposits submitted.

  • RSK Properties does not permit smoking inside of our rental homes or apartments.

  • RSK Properties does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, marital status, age sex, source of income, sexual orientation or any other form of discrimination prohibited by law.
